This course provides knowledge of key concepts to design traceability systems. The focus is on enabling efficient full chain traceability, from raw materials to points of sale, owing to interoperable systems. It is based on the GS1 specific application standard for traceability: the GS1 Global Traceability Standard (GTS). This standard lays the business process framework for traceability implementation. By the end of the course, you will be able to understand:

- how to give advice on the use of GS1 standards for traceability
